Electrolux are making substantial investments in CRM as part of our overall consumer marketing efforts to drive brand engagement and maximise revenue opportunities.
We are looking for a Digital CRM Specialist for creating and delivering a best in class post purchase experience throughout the digital touchpoints, driving consumer retention and brand loyalty.
You will be responsible for leading and driving projects with many cross-organizational stakeholders at various levels, strong communicative and project management skills will be demanded. The projects will vary in size and complexity, and will among other things include:
- development of features and functionality for the post purchase website (logged in view-functionality, service booking features, chat functions etc.)
- actively participate in the major CRM transformation program
- content development to support the onboarding phase of the consumer journey
We are looking for a digitally savvy project leader with an analytical mindset with experience of CRM. You will be reporting to the digital CRM manager in the digital marketing team.
You will be based in Stockholm and if possible we would like you to start by the end of this month.
