I am looking to buy a shelf company so that I may carry out some construction consultancy work for overseas clients. I will be living some of the time in Portugal and some in Sweden. About 70/30..
I am interested to know how I will be taxed on the fees that are paid to me and what other costs will be associated with the company. Also what is the mechanism for taking money from the company as a salary for work done?
My wife is available to be a part of the company if that helps. We are both Swedish citizens.
