I believe I need to file my tax return in Sweden for 2016 based on my property income in the UK.

My properties are run as a business but are owned in my personal name.

Last year April 2015 to April 2016 gross rental was £105,000 with pre-tax profits of £11,261 after deducting allowable expenses.

I need to understand what tax I need to pay in Sweden for 2016 and be advised on tax efficiency in Sweden and utilising any allowances etc available to me.

I want an accountant with experience in property taxation ideally who has clients with personal rental property in the UK.
